We are looking for a Revit or AutoCAD Drafter with at least 3+ years of experience for a client in Brooklyn NY in preparing architectural drawings and construction documents to file with the NYC Department of Buildings.

Candidates should have basic knowledge in Zoning and Building code.

The jobs will involve but it's not limited to the following tasks:

•  Preparing Alteration type 1 and 2 drawing sets for filling with NYC DOB

•  Zoning Analysis and diagrams.

•  Drawing floor plans, sections and elevations.

•  Update submitted drawing sets according to examiner's objections.
