<p><strong>Associate Director - Special Needs Program</strong><strong> </strong> Charles B. Wang Community Health Center</p> <ul> <li>Manage all requirements pertaining to special needs program grants, including budget, staff, preparation and timely submission of reports</li> <li>Seek funding opportunities for program sustainability</li> <li>Participate in grant development and writing, development of abstracts, manuscripts, and poster presentations</li> <li>Disseminate findings and highlight accomplishments of the special needs program in local, state and national settings</li> <li>Collaborate in developing research proposals, complying with research protocols, and analyzing program deliverables and outcomes</li> <li>Build and sustain a coalition of community stakeholders and parent leaders to bring a more effective and efficient delivery of services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families</li> <li>Plan, coordinate, and facilitate special needs program activities</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate meetings and provide timely updates to program team</li> <li>Recruit, train and supervise program staff and contractors</li> <li>Coordinate in the development of patient health education and outreach materials</li> <li>Assist in sharing program activities and resources through website and social media</li> <li>Other duties and projects as assigned</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Master degree in relevant field (public health, health administration, social work, education)</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in</li> <ul> <li>planning/coordinating population health initiatives</li> <li>grant writing</li> <li>project management</li> <li>staff supervision</li> </ul> <li>Extremely well organized and detailed oriented</li> <li>Excellent writing skills</li> <li>Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills</li> <li>Excels in working in multi-disciplinary settings</li> <li>Working knowledge of applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint) required</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills required</li> </ul> <p><em><a href="https://cbwchc.csod.com/ats/careersite/JobDetails.aspx?id=388&source=Indeed&site=2">https://cbwchc.csod.com/ats/careersite/JobDetails.aspx?id=388&source=Indeed&site=2 </a><b r /> <strong><span style="font-size: small;">If you have any questions or need assistance completing the application process, please contact the HR Department at <a href="mailto:jobs@cbwchc.org" target="_blank" rel="noopener">jobs@cbwchc.org</a></span></strong> </em></p>
